Ari Ariwibowo specializes in operations, organization and corporate finance in financial services, retail, and resources industries. For over two years Mr. Ari has been CEO of PT Titipan Mas (Solusi Tunai) - Fairways’ gold-based trading company start-up in Indonesia.
Prior to building Fairways, Mr. Ari worked as an Independent Commissioner for Bank Andara, a wholesale bank focusing on microfinance institutions. He also spent 6+ years of industry experience in property with Sembcorp Industries and banking with Danamon under roles in sales, operations, and strategy in Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia. His role includes the founding of Danamon’s Center of Operational Excellence and integration of multiple Danamon back-office infrastructure - call center, collection, loan processing.
Previously, Mr. Ari worked with McKinsey & Company in Europe, Middle East and Asia with a focus on private equity, corporate finance, and operations excellence in the oil and gas and pulp and paper industries for more than 6 years. Mr. Ari earned his degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Wicahyo Ratomo masters strategy and operations in financial services and resources industries.
Prior to building Fairways, Mr. Wicahyo worked a period of 4 years on consumer/commercial banking experience at Bank Danamon Indonesia focusing on strategy and general management roles. His role includes the turning around of Danamon’s Retail Banking and Alternative Channel division from a cost to center of USD20mn/yr to a significant profit center. Another of Mr. Wicahyo’s role at Danamon was the launching of Danamon Online Banking system and leading the effort for Danamon Retail Banking’s successful transformation.
Mr. Wicahyo previously worked at McKinsey & Company in the USA, Europe and Southeast Asia for 6 years focusing on Banking, Financial Institutions and Strategy. He also led an Indonesian integrated sugar producer turnaround developing the first branded retail sugar in Indonesia. Mr. Wicahyo graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology and earned his Master degree at Cambridge University, UK.
